Apartment, Condo, and Boston High-Rise Moving
Two things make or break an apartment or condo move around the South Shore and up into Boston: where the truck parks and what the building demands on paper. We take care of both. The Quincy resident parking permit gets filed, the Boston building Certificate of Insurance gets submitted, and the freight-elevator slot gets reserved, all before the crew arrives, so the day is spent moving rather than arguing with a front desk. And the flat rate is on paper in your hands before anyone lifts a box.
The Buildings We Move
Marina Bay apartments, the newer Quincy Center condos, the walk-up units strung along Hancock Street and Sea Street, the harbor-view condos over in Hingham, and the Boston high-rises across the line where management insists on a COI before a crew gets past the lobby are all on our regular rotation. A good number of those towers also demand a booked freight-elevator window. Colleen takes the COI and Deirdre nails down the elevator time, which is how we avoid parking ourselves in the lobby waiting on access.
What the Flat Rate Buys
It covers the truck and fuel, the pads, the dollies and straps, and shrink-wrap on each piece. Beds and tables come apart and go back together. On an apartment you can take it as a flat band or run the clock at $159/hr for two movers or $209/hr for three, on a two-hour minimum, and since we price it both ways, the lower number is yours.

Parking and the Red Line
Permit-only stretches and no-double-parking signs blanket Quincy and reach into Boston, so Brendan plots the day against the Southeast Expressway, whatever Red Line work is underway, and the loading-zone rules right outside your building. That keeps the truck in a real spot instead of circling while your elevator reservation burns away.
No Runaround
Show up without the COI, the way the cheap outfits do, and the desk turns you away while you swallow a wasted day. We knock out the building paperwork in advance, so move day has exactly one item left on it: the move.
